MIRATECH earned the 2023 Great Place to Work Certification with 86 percent of MIRATECH employees saying it is a great place to work, according to the 2022 Great Place to Work Trust Index Survey. This marks the second straight year MIRATECH has earned the certification after receiving the award in 2022.
The 86 percent is 29 points higher than the national average of 57 percent from the Great Place to Work 2022 U.S. National Employee Engagement Study.

It is exciting to see that our employees’ experiences are such that we are being recognized as a Great Place to Work by our U.S. employees,” said MIRATECH’s Vice President of People & Culture and General Counsel, Elizabeth Wells Burden. “We strive to continue our company culture that values inclusivity, respect and creativity, all while working to have a global environmental impact.”
According to the survey, 93 percent of MIRATECH employees said management is approachable and easy to talk with and that employees feel like they make a difference at MIRATECH. Also, 93 percent of MIRATECH employees said they are treated as a full member here regardless of their positions.
When asked to comment on why they like to work at MIRATECH, employees overwhelmingly mentioned “people, culture, team” as to what makes MIRATECH a great workplace.
The data was taken from the Great Place to Work Trust Index that included a research-backed employee experience survey. The study surveyed over 14,000 workers across 37 countries to determine the average employee experience.
In the last year, MIRATECH has been named a Top Work Place by The Oklahoman and a Fortune Best Workplaces in Manufacturing & Production.
