MIRATECH Innovation Center

MIRATECH’s Innovation Center, located at our Tulsa headquarters, is a fully integrated R&D and Test Facility. With its proximity to MIRATECH’s product development engineering team and fabrication facilities, the primary focus of the Innovation Center is development and performance testing of new products. This free-standing complex includes four engine test beds, including lean-burn, rich-burn, diesel and dual-fuel engines outfitted with emissions reduction equipment and instrumentation to model real-world conditions for a wide variety of applications.

Testing capabilities include pressures, temperature and FTIR emissions measurements for engine emissions as well as catalyst performance and characterization. Theoretical modeling and design capabilities also include sound attenuation, CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and FEA (Finite Element Analysis).

A secondary function of the Innovation Center is to serve as a resource for MIRATECH’s customers and other end-users to be utilized for duplicating and diagnosing field issues they are facing. Whether it is troubleshooting a rich-burn or lean-burn engine, catalyst solution or SCR system, MIRATECH’s Innovation Center has the capability to assist in finding a solution.
