The QUAD-TUNED Silencer innovative reactive chamber design incorporates quadruple tuning. This design is a more efficient than using multiple baffle sections in series. It also produces a wider range of attenuation compared to traditional attenuation designs. For example, its quadruple-tuned reactive components effectively control low frequency combustion sound. Mid and high frequency sounds are controlled with dissipative (absorptive) components. Then, the shell radiated noise is controlled with internal/external insulation (damping).
